I have a really good soreness happening right now. The accomplished sore. Despite being out of commission for the last couple of months because of my mono run, I have to say that I'm feeling REALLY good right now and my last two workouts have not left me exhausted (FINALLY!!!) This is especially good news because I'm signed up to run my first 5K in just under 2 weeks. Ideally, I'd like to run it, though I'm not sure I'll be THAT ready. But regardless, I'll prepare as best as I can and give it my all.
