Interrupted. Again.

The week before last I had a sore throat and fever almost the entire week. I didn't work out at all, and even when I started to feel better at the end of last weekend I decided to go easy this week. I felt pretty good the whole week, then on Saturday (yesterday) my sore throat came back, so I finally decided to go to the clinic this morning.

Turns out I have strep throat. I'm guessing I've had it all this time. Joy joy. That would explain why I have been feeling way more tired than usual. Anyway, the good news is I finally have antibiotics and I'm hoping to back to my usual routine soon.

Wondering how well I exercised my self-control last night? Keep wondering! I've asked my good friend Aubree who was also at dinner to evaluate how I did against my rules....stayed tuned for verdict in an upcoming post!

  1. Hope you get better soon. Try not to worry too much about being on track when you're unwell. Drink plenty of fluids and soup helps x
